SqrOne are a Bristol based B2B communications company; we specialise in end-to-end communications solutions including fixed line and business broadband, mobile services – specialising in BlackBerry and Android, iPhone and 3/4G, and Near Field Communications. We are O2’s No1 Approved Business Partner and manage all SME opportunities from their retail stores in the Central, South West and South Wales regions, and we are the leading third party sales agent for eMerit – the UK’s only OCI compliant mobile payment solution.
We urgently need to recruit an experienced eBusiness Manager to help us drive our eBusiness plans. This is a unique and unrivalled role in that we plan to grow this area of our business into a stand-alone business and, for the right person, there is an opportunity of share options in the future new set up.
For now we urgently need someone with the following skills profile:
• Experience of designing, writing and producing websites
• Knowledge of eMarketing and Analytics
• Experience of running eMarketing/email marketing campaigns
• Knowledge of and managing CRM tools
• Running websites that taken payment over the internet
• Any experience of producing and promoting customer reference sites/testimonials

As an ideal candidate you MUST be able to demonstrate on BOTH your CV and at interview that you are a self-starter who doesn’t just want ‘a job’ but that you are someone who wants to really get into the nuts and bolts of a company and mould your own future. You must have a good business brain and have the ability to overcome obstacles and challenges.
We’d be particularly keen to hear from or work with anyone from an Armed Services background.
This position is an immediate start; candidates will need to live within an easily commutable distance of our offices in Cribbs Causeway, Bristol.
Salary: the OTE for this position is c£20k+ in year 1 with unlimited earnings thereafter together with possible share options.
